Muzzz is an automated tool based on relaxation techniques that uses preconscious perception to help children and adults with relaxation and sleeping. By listening to music mixed with preconscious messages, Muzzz aims to improve the ability to relax at any time of day. In addition to the automated version, our team is currently developing a more personalized and interactive approach. This app aims to improve relaxation and sleep.
